Our client, a major UK international airport, was transforming its security checkpoint to adopt the latest screening technologies. Historically, the airport had very limited, mostly manual monitoring of checkpoint performance. Queue times, lane throughput and bottlenecks weren’t consistently measured, making it difficult to manage busy periods.
