Working with us as an Associate Principal since 2021, Laurent is a seasoned strategy and transformation consultant, with over 15 years’ experience helping clients define and bring their visions of success to life.
Pragmatic and collaborative, Laurent can draw on a rich experience including strategy definition, organisation and operating model design; people and culture and change management. He has helped clients across multiple sectors, including Travel & Leisure, Technology, Telecommunications & Media, Manufacturing Construction, Specialty Chemicals, and Public Sector. He has a PhD in Physics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from INSEAD.
When not working, Laurent can usually be found travelling around the UK and Europe with his wife and two young children, Emma and Eddie.
