Our client, a major UK international airport, was undergoing a transformation of their security checkpoint to adopt the latest screening technologies. However, they lacked access to meaningful data from the operations, limiting their ability to monitor performance, identify inefficiencies and optimise processes. This absence of a centralised data strategy hindered the extent they could drive operational improvements and leverage data for decision-making capabilities.
