- Re-certified as BCorp with a significantly improved score (111.5 up from 81.4).

- Awarded Best in the World for Workers

- Achieved Net Zero emissions

- Planted a total of 1071 trees in the EG wood

- Organised a Team Volunteering day at local branch of Food cycle

- Partnered with QSA Partners LLP, experts in the circular economy

- Worked with Oxford University’s Crankstart programme to provide internships for candidates from underprivileged backgrounds

- Achieved a client average NPS of 100
