We are thrilled to announce that we have again received the Award for Best for the World for Workers. We were awarded this because our score for workers is in the top 5% of all BCorps, globally.
We were recently described by one client as an “extraordinary bunch of people quietly doing extraordinary things”. We believe that this is only achievable by treating our “extraordinary people” with the care they deserve, and hope that you can take some inspiration from what we do to create your own extraordinary organisational climate.
Every eg team member is supported and challenged to be their best. We have a structured training programme, clear career paths and supportive line management structure, biannual performance review process, peer learning sessions, team sharing sessions and events. But, we understand that our support needs to extend beyond the working day. This year, we introduced an individual wellbeing allowance. This can be spent across four wellbeing categories: physical, mental, intellectual, and financial. So far, we have seen it used on language courses, glass blowing and rowing machines, we are excited to see where else our multi-talented employees will take this opportunity for personal development!
The results are evident: an employee engagement measure that continues to outperform the industry average, Best for the World for Workers two years in a row and, a rolling average client NPS of 100. Happy workers = happy clients.
