Tom spent the last 7 years as Chief Digital Officer for Atos and also took on the role of Water Sector Global Lead to deliver a sector-specific portfolio of services exploiting smart solutions into operations and Asset Lifecycle Management. He also worked extensively on Net Zero strategy and the use of AI to accelerate Decarbonisation progress

Previously Tom spent many years designing and implementing transformation programs with Gemini Consulting/Capgemini across a range of industries with Clients such as GlaxoSmithkline, Unilever, Pfizer, Fidelity Investments. He also has experience of Private Equity funded startups with Headstrong and was CEO of the leading provider of software to the construction industry

His career began in the Tech industry with Motorola Semiconductors where he worked on early versions of tech-enabled process optimisation, and with Compaq where he led a programme to create Autonomous Work Teams in Manufacturing

With Egremont, Tom is currently working with a range of organisations to help them expand their use of AI and Digital Twins as an integral part of their wider transformation efforts

When not working, Tom puts his programme management skills into use managing a new house build!
